Dream of your future, but
get started
now with your planning.
If you like what you see so far and want to meet me, then ring, or email with details, such as a planned date, time and place of ceremony so I can confirm my availability.
I will set up an obligation-free meeting so we can meet in person and I can advise you of the necessary documents and legalities. We can also discuss the type of ceremony you have in mind and any ideas you have.
If we decide to go ahead, I will gather some more personal information and provide you with interesting ideas and types of ceremony to enable you to start forming your ideas if you haven’t done so already.
If you struggle a little with this I will hold your hands, figuratively speaking. I am happy to string the words together for you.I will make my resources available and start researching, designing and preparing the legal documents
Stress Free….
leave the legals to me
What you need to bring to the meeting:
Passports: If you were born in Australia you must produce a birth certificate OR a passport for identification.
If you were born overseas your current passport is acceptable.
Divorce Certificate: There are three different certificates in use.
They prove you were legally divorced, if you have been married before.
Death Certificate: If your previous spouse has passed away.
*A Notice of Intended Marriage must be completed and lodged with me one month before the ceremony. I have these forms but if you do obtain one from Attorney-General’s website do not pre-sign it, as it must be witnessed and signed by authorised person, the celebrant or a JP.
